The Summer School offers a unique 20-day program that allows students to experience creative thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship against the backdrop of the food industry. The program utilises the flipped classroom concept and combines a web platform with unique content and an exciting on the spot program in Stuttgart, Germany, where students will get acquainted with professors, entrepreneurs and fellow students. In doing so, the SumS offers a unique experience of the potential of entrepreneurship for the food industry.
